Has anyone else noticed a shift in the heart that takes place once you get older? A more open connection to your own heart?
This morning was emotional, in the good sense of the word. I talked with a former boyfriend on the phone, now a dear friend, and we made plans for our next visit. He’s moved on, I’ve moved on, and nothing remains but the joy of friendship.
